Welcome to SaitaRealty, the cutting-edge token designed by the Saitama team. With a strong backing from a community that numbers in the hundreds of thousands, our mission is to revolutionize real estate transactions.
Saitama's forthcoming proprietary blockchain, SaitaChain, aims to make property dealings faster, more transparent, and less bogged down by bureaucracy. SaitaChain will support our existing suite of applications—SaitaPro, SaitaCard, SaitaLogistics, and SaitaSwap—and SaitaRealty will join them as our latest groundbreaking utility with it's own coin.
Tokenomics
The tokenomics of SaitaRealty feature a 5% tax on all transactions. Of this, 3% goes towards our treasury wallet to fund real estate acquisitions, while 2% is allocated for marketing efforts.
Our total supply is 120 Billion SRLTY tokens, of which 63.8 Billion are currently in circulation and 56.3 Billion have been burned.
We will be conducting a burn of an additional 500 Million tokens per month (burning roughly 4.8% of the Supply in six months) starting from September 2023 to enhance stability and value.
Where to buy
You can acquire $SRLTY tokens primarily through our own SaitaSwap platform accessible at dex.saita.pro or via the free SaitaPro app (iOS and Android). Additionally, $SRLTY is available on the MEXC and LBANK exchanges, with more to come in the future.
How to buy:
1) Go to dex.saita.pro or click on Swap on the SaitaPro app.
2) Connect your De-Fi wallet and choose the Ethereum network.
3) Select from the drop down menu ETH as input and SRLTY as output.
4) Click on the settings icon and set slippage to 5%.
5) Click on Swap and wait for confirmation.
How to earn rewards
We've made our first real estate investment and already put the property on the market for a price appreciation. To be eligible for profit-sharing, you need to: 1) stake a minimum of 5 Million SRLTY tokens on SaitaSwap; and 2) hold one of our designated project NFTs in the same wallet. Rewards will be airdropped to qualifying holders in either ETH or USDT (to be determined).
